Yoga for Perimenopause and Menopause with Naomi

To acknowledge and celebrate the Menopause awareness month, we have designed a nourishing yoga workshop led by Naomi Hayama. We will practice easy to follow yoga and other therapeutic techniques to help alleviate common symptoms. We will also discuss how our eyesight can be affected by changes in hormones and getting older.
